The proximity to restaurants was fantastic and hard to beat. I really liked the room with a large bed, it was super comfy! 😊

Had a nice size room with 1 bed, and I couldn't ask for more. Climate control, a safe and multi-channel television were available in the room. The hotel was in a strategic location just off nature and attractions, the GIANT mall and hawker centre nearby and the water park.

The room size was perfect with a comfortable bed, making my stay very enjoyable. There was climate control, a safe, and a variety of TV channels available in the room. the hotel is situated in a quiet area close to the Lost World themed park, shopping centers, restaurants, and various attractions.

Hot Spring is very nice. Room is spacious and breakfast is good.
The room door (entrance door) gap at the bottom is too big, easily can hear other guests shouted at the corridor. A mini fridge should put inside the room.

The breakfast is awesome with a wide variety of choices. the room is modern, clean, and comfortable with a large bed. the staff are friendly and welcoming. the hotel's location is convenient, near restaurants, ATMs, fast food outlets, a shopping center. It is also situated in a beautiful mountain setting.

location is excellent.natural beauty abundance.petting zoo of lost world is the best we seen.can do better by offering more discount for entrance to the themepark. especially those stay for more than 1 night.

The hotel's location is fantastic as it is very near the theme park and Lost World of Tambun Park. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the Ulu Kinta district. the room was lovely, and the beds were comfortable.
